ITEM AVAILABILITY

The merchandise available on boutiquedeluxe.ca is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

RETURN POLICY

Once your items are shipped and recieved, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made within 10 days from receipt of shipment. The cost to ship back the items will be at the buyers expense.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your payment is made through a secure server using Moneris E-Select payment gateway. You now have an option to pay via PayPal.

Upon receiving your payment, we will begin to complete the order and when ready for shipment, you will receive tracking information. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

SALES TAX

Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST on the total amount. Orders being shipped within Quebec will be charged 14.975% which includes the Quebec sales tax.
No taxes will be applied to U.S.A and other International orders.

We’re not responsible for any import taxes charged by your Country’s Customs Agency for international orders outside of Canada.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us via telephone or email. You can view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the “order status” link.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays may be processed on the next business day. Please call us for more information.

GUARUNTEE

All products are quality checked before shipment. In some rare cases items are damaged by the courier or customs agencies. In such cases, we will make arrangements for repair or replacement.
