When will I receive my order?
Our orders are usually sent out within 2 business days. We have express shipping accounts with DHL and Canada Post. On average, orders are usually delivered within 4 business days from the date of purchase (for North American orders)
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Montreal, Canada.
Will my shipment be coming from India, which means I will get my order in a few weeks?
NO! We ship directly from Montreal, Canada. There are no middlemen taking care of your order and packaging.

Your shipment insurance is paid by us. Meaning, if your package is lost or damaged, you don’t have anything to worry about. We will take care of it.
Are your products made with real gold?
No. We only sell artificial Indian jewelry. Some items may be gold plated.
